Arcimoto's Tilting Motor Works division is looking for an Inventory Specialist who is responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, sorting, storing, handling, and shipping material while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion. The Inventory Specialist has the primary responsibility of increasing and maintaining company profitability by maintaining accurate inventory levels and inventory is present and ready for use. The Inventory Specialist will maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse by performing all transactions in our ERP System, monitoring transactions, and cycle counting. More information on Tilting Motor Works may be found: **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**

* Complete all associated paperwork and inventory transactions while verifying accuracy

* Verify inventory and consumable items and perform weekly and on demand cycle counts

* Manage the inventory transactions for manufacturing orders

* Pull, assemble, and stage parts and kits for manufacturing

* Maintain a high level of knowledge, understanding, and performance with the company ERP system relative to inventory control

* Process and prepare incoming and outgoing freight damage and accuracy

* Check, verify, fill, and ship customer invoices

* Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize processes and procedures

* Operate Forklift in warehouse and loading and unloading trucks with freight

* Practice good shop safety and safe lifting techniques

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

* All other duties assigned

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**

* At least 18 years old

* High School Diploma or GED

* A valid Oregon driver's license

* Positive can-do attitude

* 2+ years in inventory control and warehouse experience

* Ability to identify the product by size, type, style, color, or product code

* Basic math skills and reasoning skills

* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel & Google Suite

* Capability and interest in performing physical work which may require standing for extended periods of time and lifting objects of up to 100 pounds

* Proven track record of working effectively in a dynamic team environment, including being punctual, professional, and reliable

* Ability to work overtime as needed

The Arcimoto East building is where research and development, materials, and servicing activities are present. The noise level in the Arcimoto East building is moderate to loud some of the time. The Arcimoto West building is where Tilting Motor Works activities are present. The noise level in the Arcimoto West building is moderate to loud some of the time. Arcimoto has various other buildings where administration, accounting, marketing, sales and engineering activities are present.
