(GTC) is now accepting applications from those interested in the role of Bus and RV Diesel Technician / Mechanic for the Coburg, OR Freightliner & Western Star Northwest location. Responsibilities:
- Run diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Repair or replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions and braking systems.
- Working knowledge of A/C repairs and able to read schematics for electrical and air systems
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Assist with and/or complete engine overhauls as well as other repairs identified during the diagnostic process.
- Develop technical skills through training opportunities
- Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications; make necessary adjustments if required.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the shop.

Qualifications:
Heavy equipment dealership experience definitely helps; three years or more preferred. Bring your strong mechanical aptitude, team player mentality and belief in safety first to Team FNW.
