Cafe Yumm! has an opening for a Warehouse Assistant to help ensure our restaurants and guests have the products they need. This position is full-time and reports out of the Cafe Yumm! Warehouse space located at 1800 Prairie Road, Eugene, OR.

Wages and Benefits for Warehouse Assistant:

• Starting base wage $20.43 per hour

The Warehouse Assistant plays an integral part in BDI's Supply department by transporting product with a commercial motor vehicle. Must be able to pick product, load trucks and vans, drive and deliver, and work flexible hours. The Warehouse Assistant will be required to travel out-of-town.

• Ability to load, unload, and transport inventory and equipment
• Regularly lift and move 50 lbs. or more without assistance
• Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle, pallet jack, and forklift
• Ability to comply with all rules and regulations as established by any federal, state, or local government in which the driver is operating/working.

Your Education and Experience:

• A high school diploma or GED Certificate is required
• A valid state-issued driver's license
• At least one (1) year of experience operating a commercial motor vehicle
• Working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems
• Working knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations
• Must have a clean driving record pursuant to BDI's driving policies
• Possess or obtain a ServSafe Certification within 60 days of hire with an 85% or better score
