Position Overview:

A successful Sales Representative will provide exceptional customer service, promote sales, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include developing product knowledge, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires the ability to stand, lift, and use a computer throughout the day.

What You'll Do:

• Develop comprehensive product knowledge and provide friendly, solution-oriented service to customers.
• Communicate sales, promotions, and company policies effectively.
• Assist with merchandise processing and replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Accurately process register transactions.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Operates with integrity and takes pride in a job well done.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Environmental Factors:

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and use a computer throughout the day.

Compensation: $15.50 - $16.58/hour
