A local Alarm and Security Systems company for both In-Home and In-Office security is interested in hiring a Receptionist for their onsite location in Damascus Oregon. Description:
+ Manage High Volume Calls
+ Identify customers needs to achieve satisfaction
+ Schedule customers for install and service appointments with multiple technicians
+ Walk customers through technical issues by phone (this will be trained )
+ Build Relationships with customers
+ Process account cancellations
+ Accuracy with data entry
Skills & Qualifications:
+ 3 plus years of Office Experience
+ 3 plus years of Customer Service
