Position Details

POSITION SUMMARY:

Schedules, organizes, and manages TAG assessments for all nominated PPS students, grades K-12.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

1. Interprets operational administrative policy, rules, and procedures for staff and the public.

2. Plans and organizes efficiently.

3. Maintains operations record keeping, filing/tracking system.

4. Organizes and checks testing materials for accuracy before and after testing.

5. Attends meetings and trainings as required.

6. Schedules testing sessions with schools.

7. Continuously communicates with assigned schools and TAG office.

8. Operates photocopier and other duplication and production equipment, as necessary.

9. Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Teaching/classroom management experience.

2. Knowledge of District organization policy and standard procedures.

3. Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and ingenuity on the job with occasional assistance from the supervisor.

4. Experience with or demonstrated ability to work and appreciate individuals from diverse backgrounds and ages.

5. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, parents and other members of the school community.

6. Must complete background clearance requirements.

7. Two (2) years, full time, college coursework.

8. Must have a flexible work schedule.

9. Transportation to and from work sites.

10. Ability to regularly communicate via phone, text, or email.

Pay Rate: $25.11/hour

This is a limited term, temporary position for the 2023/2024 SY. Hours may vary as needed.
