Marshall's Specialty Services is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our expanding and dynamic team!

As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be answering phones and providing administrative support to all departments within the company. The ideal candidate will have top notch computer skills, exceptional time and process management skills, be self-driven, adaptable and a problem solver. We will provide training on each new task you are introduced to, so you won't be placed in a "sink or swim" situation.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Additional hours may be requested seasonally during peak seasons.

Location: Springfield, OR

Pay: $18.00/hour. This is a non-exempt part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and messages, providing exceptional customer support.

* Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness

* Cover front desk duties during the Receptionist's lunch break.

* Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, equipment registration, and reminder calls for inspections.

* Assist with office organization, team events, and processing customer inquiries.

* Help with seasonal tasks in the Service Department, including scheduling and processing filter or parts sales.

* Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

* 1+ year experience managing a multi-line phone system (preferred)

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Proficient with computer software, especially Google Suite (preferred)

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Highly organized, punctual, and self-motivated

* 1+ year customer service experience (preferred)

* English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
