Director of Health and Ancillary Services Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm Cascade Manor, a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Eugene, is seeking a Director of Health and Ancillary Services to provide leadership and oversight for our Health Services Departments. You will manage healthcare programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support team development, all while focusing on resident-centered care. Cascade Manor offers independent living, in-home care, and skilled nursing services, committed to quality outcomes in all programs. We seek a compassionate, dependable leader to support our team and residents. About you: Minimum of 3 years comparable experience in a retirement facility, long-term care, home care, or a related field. Prior experience managing a healthcare services team is preferred Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business or a related field is preferred.
