Job Details

Ensure compliance with CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulations. Develop and maintain policies aligned with regulatory standards. Manage regulatory audits, surveys, and inspections. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and mock surveys to mitigate compliance risks. Lead staff education and training on regulatory matters. Oversee documentation integrity, including compliance reports and survey responses. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (Masters preferred). 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance within skilled nursing or long-term care. In-depth knowledge of CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. CHC or similar certification preferred. Physical Demands: Requires working in a fast-paced environment, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional weekend work.
