Conduct audits, risk assessments, and mock surveys to mitigate compliance risks. Lead staff education and training on regulatory matters. Oversee documentation integrity, including compliance reports and survey responses. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (Masters preferred). 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance within skilled nursing or long-term care. In-depth knowledge of CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. CHC or similar certification preferred.
