Your Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with service inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Recommend services and repairs based on customer needs, vehicle history, and manufacturer guidelines
• Provide accurate estimates and follow through on the completion of services
• Communicate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and addressing concerns
• Build long-term customer relationships and foster loyalty

What You'll Bring

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing automotive service role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency, including service management software
• Knowledge of automotive services and repairs is a plus
• DealerTrack and xTime experience a plus, but not necessary.
• High school diploma or GED required; automotive certifications are a plus
