Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our sales team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring a team of inside sales representatives, and driving revenue growth. Your ability to inspire, strategize, and optimize performance will be instrumental in the success of Modern Amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives and future team leads.
  • Performance Optimization: Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring teams meet or exceed monthly revenue objectives.
  • Call Center Management: Oversee sales processes in a high-volume contact center environment.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales performance metrics and forecasts to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Sales Training & Coaching: Ensure continuous improvement in consultative selling techniques through mentoring and call monitoring.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to increase efficiency and conversion rates.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3-5 years of proven success in sales leadership with a track record of revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Experience in high-volume sales operations and CRM systems is a plus.
