Job Description
Job Title: Temporary Construction General Labor - Immediate Openings
Pay: $20.00/hour
Hours: Day Shift
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a ConstructionDemo Worker for a Temp position with our client, a reputable commercial construction company that is conducting demolition on a commercial property located in Eugene, Oregon.
The Construction Demo Worker will play an essential role in the hands on processing deconstruction/demolition at the job-site. The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient demolition of non-structural materials.
As a Construction Demo Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Demolition of drywall, trim, baseboards, flooring, ceilings
- Concrete framing, rebar set up, concrete finishing
- Pressure washing, job-site preparation
- Use of pry bars, hand tools, sawzall, and other tools to demo out all non-salvageable materials at a commercial job-site
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a relatively consistent basis
- Ability to use tools and conduct hands on tear down of materials
