The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) is responsible for credit/risk monitoring, credit review workflow management, and engagement with underwriting, QA, and QC partners. The role involves identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional solutions that benefit the client and increase product penetration, collaborating with partners for a holistic approach, and assisting Commercial Bankers with portfolio management and client engagement to grow business relationships. The CSM is a key secondary contact between the bank and clients, focusing on identifying additional income opportunities, driving revenue growth, and maintaining complete banking relationships. The position reports to the Market Manager.
Location: 111 West 7th Avenue, Eugene OR 97401 (onsite required)
Travel: Occasional
Competitive salary ($80,051 - $140,000), comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
