• Collaborate with leadership on maintenance and housekeeping needs.
• Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage apartment turnovers and maintenance requests.
• Maintain contracted services like HVAC, elevators, and landscaping.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with elderly residents and in stressful situations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to assist in emergency evacuations.
• Meet health and background check requirements.
