Job Description
Job Title: Packaging Worker Urgent Hire!
Pay:$18.00/hr
Hours:6AM-2:30PM M-F
Start Date:ASAP
We are seeking a Packaging Helper for a Temp-Hire position with our customer, a local manufacturing facility in West Eugene with a mission to leverage their core capabilities in polyurethane filling and patching materials; water-based primers, sealers, putties, and paints; adhesive extenders, high-performance coatings and containment barriers; and precision-metering, dispensing, and application equipment is seeking an entry-level Packaging Worker!
As a Packaging Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Product package assembly
- Package and box finished product (cartridges)
- Blister seal/ alignment Inspection
- Container Inspection
- Date Code-Batch Number Processing
- Tube/ Cartridge QC Inspection
- Scrap Separation & Documentation
- Cardboard Waste Disposal
- Must be able to lift/maneuver up to 40lbs
- Prior experience using a forklift
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and crouch throughout shift
- Ability to be on feet for 8-10 hour shifts
- Steel toes or composite toed boots required
