Description:

The Assistant Director of Ticket Operations oversees and manages ticketing for soccer, lacrosse, and acrobatics and tumbling seasons. They are responsible for event creation, sales, post-event reconciliation, and collaboration with other departments to ensure the success of events. They also hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline student worker staff to meet customer service demands and implement a training schedule. The Assistant Director ensures the successful staffing of events and provides ticket reports and sales trends for supervised sports, as well as prepares event settlements. They strategize with ticket office directors on day-to-day activities and are the primary point of contact for all cash handling and corresponding financial deposits. The Assistant Director also provides daily customer service, including, but not limited to monitoring inbound emails and assisting students with customer interactions.
