Role Description

• Advise responsible families and professionals on personal insurance (auto, home, umbrella)
• Handle warm leads: existing clients, referrals, and inbound requests — no cold calling
• Build long-term relationships through thoughtful, local service
• Work Monday–Friday in a respectful, small-office environment

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with a professional, client-focused tone
• Comfortable using tech and working independently
• Values relationships over transactions
• Consulting and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services
• Active P&C license (or ability to obtain quickly)
