Pay: $16-$17/hour

Schedule: Thursday-Monday | 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Now Hiring: Leasing Consultants

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic professionals with a passion for customer engagement. If you're detail-oriented and love helping people find their next home, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, file paperwork, and complete administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and submit service requests as needed
• Tour the community and apartment homes with prospective residents
• Lease and sell apartment inventory
• Complete application and lease paperwork
• Assist with marketing efforts and community events
• Support resident retention initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of six months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Familiarity with software such as Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon (as applicable)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Willingness to assist with additional community projects
• Team-oriented with a professional, customer-focused approach
