Your mission will be to deliver virtual or telephonic educational support to patients, caregivers, and Healthcare Professionals in the specified disease state, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards set by the company and Clinical Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing inbound and outbound disease state-related educational support to identified customers as directed by the client.
• Delivering product education related to therapy and medical devices, including training on injection/infusion/inhalation techniques.
• Presenting virtual educational programs to Healthcare Professionals, patients, and caregivers in accordance with client procedures.
• Conducting outreach to enhance medication adherence for patients and caregivers.
• Enrolling patients and caregivers in educational seminars and providing relevant resources for community support.
• Collecting demographic data and fulfilling product and literature requests.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service while using live video conferencing and adhering strictly to program protocols.
• Using only approved materials provided by the company for client interactions.
• Completing all necessary training and assessments as stipulated by Ashfield.
• Building and nurturing relationships with key customers.
• Exploring new and innovative approaches to create partnership opportunities.
• Completing administrative tasks, including daily computer updates and activity reporting in a timely manner.
• Participating in meetings and conferences to stay updated on key developments.
• Upkeeping company equipment and materials in accordance with instructions.
• Complying with all policies and procedures from both Ashfield and the client.
• Carrying out additional duties as assigned.

What do you need for this position?

• An Associate's Degree or a Bachelor's degree/BSN or equivalent work experience.
• A preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or disease state.
• Effective and professional communication skills.
• Ability to participate in frequent meetings and calls smoothly.
• Proficient interpersonal skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
• Experience with call center technology.
• Strong organizational skills.
• A self-driven individual with high motivation.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and a commitment to updating your knowledge regularly.
