What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Enhance integration of offsite solutions with employer products by leveraging technical expertise to inspire design experts in the residential building industry
Educate and excite key stakeholders about new and existing employer innovations
Grow the use of offsite solutions by addressing technical and non-technical building challenges
Share customer feedback with internal departments to support the development of product solutions
Manage accounts and coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelors degree in a related field required
4+ years of customer relationship management experience required
2+ years of experience in Home Building and/or Residential Construction Industry required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM applications such as Salesforce required
Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Licensed Professional Engineer with any State Board is a plus
Experience with market development database management
