Position Overview:The Intake Specialist facilitates access into all Willamette Family Programs, performs initial screening for enrollment, and provides overall support for individuals accessing care for behavioral and health care services. This department is designed to facilitate the successful enrollment, engagement, retention and continuity of care for individuals and their families. Position: Full-Time Non-Exempt (40 Hours/ week) Employment Type: Employee (W-2) Shift and Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:15pm-8:45pm (Friday 12:30pm-8:30pm). Assisting clients in connecting with programs and services.
