What You'll Do
As a key leader on our job sites, you'll oversee the daily operations of commercial construction projects from start to finish. You'll coordinate field personnel, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects: pre-construction, tender, construction, and commissioning
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and project documentation
• Interpret drawings and resolve design or construction issues
• Track project progress, costs, and schedules; assist with change orders and cost control
• Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Support project planning, estimating, and contract administration
• Assist with project close-out and turnover

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with 3+ years managing commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial construction methods (wood, steel, concrete)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project)
• Experience with Timberline and Procore software
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Understanding of cost analysis and project budgeting
