Located in Lane County - - The Oral Health Community Healthcare Worker is responsible for helping patients and community members navigate and access dental, community services and other resources while creating a welcoming and safe dental environment. This position also provides outreach to members to schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance information, and coordinate treatment days with community partners. This is a traveling position.
