The Leave Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end administration of Roseburgs leave of absence and accommodation programs, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive team member experience. This role directly supervises the Leave Specialist and serves as the subject matter expert on all leave-related and accommodations processes, including FMLA, ADA, and related programs. The manager ensures policies and practices align with legal requirements and supports continuous improvement of leave and accommodation services across the organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Companys subject matter expert on federal and state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, etc.), internal policies, and applicable pay programs.
