All Production/ Maintenance positions are interchangeable depending on production/maintenance needs. You will have a primary position during regular production, but throughout your career you can expect this primary position to change as production needs change. Whenever plant maintenance is required (at least one day per week), all employees work together on all maintenance. Job is often outdoors, and weather related, involving manual skills, some math and reasoning and continuous safety applications around heavy equipment. If youre someone who loves to problem solve and troubleshoot and takes pride in rolling up your sleeves to get the job done, this is the career for you. Limited experience? No worries!
