Employee Compensation and Benefits

• We are hiring Full-time or Part-time Associates and Licensed Therapists
• All benefits are available to both Part-time and Full-time Employees

• 5 billable hours per week minimum case load - you choose your own hours

Our agency is contracted with Medicaid, Medicare, Care Oregon, Pacific Source, Trillium and most major commercial insurance in Eugene/Springfield, Corvallis, Salem and recently expanded into the Portland area. We are seeking Supervisors, Licensed, and Associate therapists to serve our clients. We have flexible work hours for counselors who can meet in-person and/or telehealth.

We offer the following:

• We do extensive marketing and provide you clients
• We credential you with Medicaid, Medicare, and all other major commercial insurance
• Counseling options: In-person and telehealth or mixed - you choose
• Full-time at 20 billable hours per week (minimum), Part-time at 10 billable hours per week (minimum), Contractor at 5 billable hours per week (minimum, must be Licensed)
• Flexibility with your schedule - You choose your workdays and hours

Therapist Compensation and benefits:

• We pay Associate's supervisor fees for at least 3 supervisor meetings each month
• Commission based pay increases as the weekly billable hours increase. Base commission for a Part-time Associate Employee is 25% with a maximum of 35% at Full-time. Base commission for a Part-time Licensed Employee is 40% with a maximum of 50% at Full-Time. Base commission for a Contractor (must be Licensed) is 50% with a maximum of 65% at Full-time.
• Our average session billable is $180 so the typical commission payments range from $45 to $120 per session.
• We pay commission before receiving payments from clients and their insurance- we pay at the next payday after the session. Paydays are twice per month (7-days after billing cycle ends and pays commission on submitted billing)
• Benefits are provided for both Part-time Employees and Full-time Employees. Contractors do not have any benefits.
• Benefits are paid in the form of a Monthly Benefit Stipend that pay $7 per billable session hour towards medical premiums or anything in our benefits package. Full-time employees average $600+ per month in Monthly Benefit Stipend which covers 100% of the medical premium for the employee.
• 401K plan with 50% matching up to a maximum of 3% match.
• Education reimbursement (accrues every pay period based on hours of counseling sessions)
• Paid holidays (6 total: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
• Shared office space until you have at least 12 in-person client then you get dedicated office space. Telehealth-only is possible but hybrid is preferred. You choose how many telehealth vs. in-person clients you want.

What we are looking for:

• Team members who believe in working together to provide the best mental health therapy
• Guided written and visual aids to help complete chart notes within 48 hours
• Individuals who enjoy being a part of team and working together to professionally develop
• Strong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability and quality of care
• Behavioral Health Generalists - LPCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs (including Associates)

Job requirements:

• At least 1 year of clinical work.
• Experience with writing assessment, treatment plans and service notes to Medicaid requirements.
• Experience working with suicidal ideation, trauma, and bipolar disorder.
• Experience managing case management needs.
• Must pass a background check.
