Our approach is harm-reduction, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. We primarily serve individual adults and couples, through multiple venues and projects, including shelters, Safe Sleep Sites, and outreach services. Our Support Team fulfills all logistics and basic client support within our camps, shelters, and other sites. The Support worker has working knowledge of camp rules and processes, and assists clients in gaining access to basic needs. This position may include light janitorial, cleaning, and maintenance duties. This position requires high attention to detail and ability to follow directions from the Site Supervisor.
