Job DescriptionThe Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning apartment units and common areas of the community. The Housekeeper is a customer service driven team player and must be able to take direction but work independently. Reports to: Community ManagerDirect Reports: NoneRoles and ResponsibilitiesThe duties listed below are an outline of the Housekeeper's responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the community change, these duties may be modified as needed.GeneralCleans and maintains apartment unitsCleans and maintains apartment unit modelsCleans and maintains vacanciesCleans and maintains all other public access restrooms and common areasAssist with monitoring inventory of suppliesReport time and attendanceUnderstand and adhere to the Landmark Properties policies and proceduresUnderstand the needs and expectations of residents and exceed their expectationsDevelop a sense of community among the residents and staffMaintain an positive community environment for both residents and associates and encourage participation in events and activitiesAssist with the property's turnWork EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
