Qualifications

Experience in caregiving roles, 1 year minimum.

Compassion, patience, reliability

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Physical stamina and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Provide in-home care and support

Assist with daily living activities

Administer medications

Ensure a safe environment

Perform light housekeeping

Prepare meals and assist with meal planning

Drive clients to appointments

Document client progress

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assist with mobility

Knowledge of social work principles

Experience in home care preferred

Familiarity with behavior management techniques

Strong organizational skills
