As a junior project manager on our team, you will assist the PM in overseeing the daily operations of the HVAC controls construction department, leading preconstruction efforts across various project types, including design-build and hard bid. The position is responsible for managing design progress, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and client coordination to ensure projects align with company goals and customer expectations.

MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years of building automation, HVAC controls, or BMS service experience
- Experience as a senior-level field tech or having some project management responsibilities
- BAS platforms: Automated Logic (preferred), Schneider Electric, Siemens, Delta Controls, Distech, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, or other
- controls programming experience
- BMS commissioning experience
