Would you like to join our amazing team? The Financial Planning Assistant is a full-time position that provides client relationship support. You will be interacting directly with clients to process transactions, ensure accuracy, and familiarize clients with various technology tools and capabilities available to them through Ameriprise Financial. A high degree of detail orientation combined with warm interpersonal skills are important traits for this position. Prior experience and a genuine interest in the financial industry is preferred, however the ability and willingness to learn new things is crucial.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to clients including calls and responding to emails in a timely manner

Ensure accurate account setup and resolve issues

Respond to client questions and provide information, insight, and recommendations to increase efficiency and utilization of various tools

Maintain client management system in Salesforce

Process transactions requests as received

Assist in client meetings

What We Offer You:

Competitive base pay: $60,000-$70,000/year
