About The Role: As the key link between manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to stay in line with company service level expectations. Youll lead cross-functional planning (demand and long term production plan plus customer service). Youll guide your team to continuously improve plan accuracy, capacity alignment, and supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field;
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain, planning, preferably in a manufacturing company;
• Proven track record in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and customer service;
• Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP and planning systems;
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills;
• Advanced in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand forecasts in collaboration with the sales teams;
• Develop and manage production plan (long, middle and short terms) forecasts in collaboration with the supply and production teams;
• Lead the sales & operations planning process to align inventory planning with business objectives;
• Lead customer service for clients in line with service level agreements;
• Ensure optimal stock levels at the warehouse to meet service level targets while minimizing excess inventory;
• Strategic Planning: Designing and implementing strategies for network planning, inventory optimization, and demand fulfillment across the entire supply chain.
• Forecasting & Analysis: Utilizing data and planning tools to forecast demand, monitor performance using KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels to ensure product availability while controlling costs and minimizing waste.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks through scenario planning and developing robust contingency plans.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicating effectively with internal teams, senior management, and external partners to align on objectives and address issues.
