The Position Summary involves assisting the Product Manager in providing sales and technical support within a specific product category, working closely with sales personnel to develop profitable equipment businesses.

Essential Functions include:

• Assisting the sales team with creating and reviewing sales documents, proposals, and recommendations.
• Analyzing customer operations to develop tailored solutions.
• Ensuring business plans, sales commitments, and customer specifications are met.
• Providing technical support to the service group.
• Supporting advertising efforts and industry visibility.
• Acting as a liaison between parts, service, sales, and customers to fulfill orders and service requirements.
• Providing ongoing training related to new equipment or modifications.
• Monitoring industry trends to stay competitive.
• Recommending and demonstrating software solutions to customers.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in the panel processing industry and technical support roles.

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
