Responsibilities

• Provide education and guidance to customers regarding retirement product solutions
• Learn and explain product options for routine inquiries, making recommendations as needed
• Identify multi-product needs and connect customers with product specialists
• Collaborate with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
• Handle routine inquiries while receiving direction and guidance from senior analysts

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or Series 7 and 66 (required to be approved to do business in all states)
• Life license (or obtain within 90 days)
• One year of experience in the financial services industry
• Basic knowledge of financial products related to the assigned specialty area

Preferred Qualifications

• CFP and/or CRPC designation
• Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com) and digital financial advice platforms
