Overview

Role specifics:

• Jurisdictions experience: Workers' compensation claims experience with CT, MA, NH, RI, VT is required.
• Active Adjusters Licenses: CT, NH, RI, VT licenses are required.
• Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work.

How you'll make an impact

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan appropriate actions, and resolve claims effectively.
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the process.
• Handle claims in accordance with clients' and company policies, procedures, and standards, complying with all legal and ethical requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity promptly to support the claim outcome.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• Claims Background: Workers' Compensation, Lost-Time claims experience.
• Jurisdictional Experience: Workers' comp claims experience with CT, MA, NH, RI, VT.
• Active Adjusters Licenses: CT, NH, RI, VT licenses are required.

As a key member of our experienced Claims Adjuster team, you will:

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims using your analytical skills.
• Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve the claims process.
• Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants effectively.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Proper licensing/certification in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Proficiency with claims and business software.

DESIRED: Bachelor's Degree
