Sir Paints a Lot is seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Painter to join our team on various residential painting projects. As an Experienced Painter, you will be responsible for executing high-quality painting work, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and applying primer.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Ensure all painting work meets quality standards and client specifications.
• Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed to maintain a flawless finish.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Manage and care for painting equipment and materials.
• Uphold safety standards and protocols to create a safe working environment.

• Conduct final inspections and touch-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
