The City of Springfield is seeking a Security Attendant to foster a welcoming environment while maintaining security and safety of City Hall, the Library, the Museum, surrounding grounds, and City events. The Security Attendant embodies the Citys values by prioritizing rapport-building and active listening to better understand and respond to the needs of others. This position actively monitors the facilities, as well as reports accidents, property damage, and monitors building systems such as heating and cooling.
