Accountant Position

Accountant for Dust Busters Plus LLC in Eugene, OR 97402. Prep, analyze, and generate detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decisions. Assist in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecasts while monitoring variances and providing recommendations to enhance financial performance. Oversee invoices and receivables by reviewing and approving vendor payments for accuracy and timeliness while managing billing and collections for fire contracts and services. Manage payroll processing in compliance with labor laws and company policies while overseeing accounting for employee benefits such as pensions and health plans. Track and allocate costs for fire department operations, including equipment, training, and maintenance, while conducting cost analyses for projects and initiatives. Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related majors. Skill requirement: Knowledge of basic audit process; risk assessment; capital budgeting; financial accounting and reporting.
