Position information:

This position provides administrative, clerical and billing support to Shangri-La's Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. This role is essential in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly on a daily basis while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

Position Details:

Status: Full-Time, 40 Hours, Hourly

Location: Eugene, OR

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:15pm

Work Setting: In-Person

Starting Wage: $19.17

Starting wage may adjust depending on experience.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • Must pass a background check through Oregon's Criminal History Unit
  • Previous experience in a front office, reception, or medical/clinical setting is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using communication platforms
  • Basic knowledge of patient privacy and confidentiality practices (HIPAA)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, technology, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • A creative mind that enjoys bringing fresh ideas to team collaboration, office aesthetics, and client engagement
  • Bilingual not required, however it is a plus
