Pay Range: USD $54,060.00 - USD $59,466.00 /Yr.

About the Role

Our Training Specialists create resources that help nearly 3,000 employee-owners at Bi-Mart and Cascade Farm & Outdoor succeed in their roles. Every day looks a little different. One day you might be researching and writing a training guide, another you might be filming a video, designing posters, updating our training website, authoring an online training course, or attending a training seminar.

We're looking for someone with a growth mindset who wants to do meaningful, hands-on work that makes a real difference for our employees. You'll work with Adobe software for multimedia creation, Articulate for eLearning course authoring, WordPress for our Training website, and Microsoft programs for documents and presentations.

Responsibilities

You Should Apply If You:

• Have experience in one or more of the following: Training, Video Production, Graphic Design, Photography, Instructional Writing
• Want to do impactful work that matters
• Want to own your projects, beginning to end, with support from your team along the way Enjoy solving problems and improving processes
• Are willing to learn the other skills listed above

As a Training Specialist, you'll take projects from concept to delivery by:

• Writing and editing training and communications materials
• Planning, shooting, and editing training and communications videos
• Designing visual training assets like posters and presentation slides
• Developing engaging online learning content
• Partnering with subject matter experts across the organization to document procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in at least one creative area such as video production, photography, or graphic design
• Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)

Schedule:

The Bi-Mart Corporate Office is open 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. Hours will vary depending on workload and assignment.
