Job Description

TriStar Realty Group is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of various real estate and operational projects. This role involves analyzing business needs, developing process improvements, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support company objectives.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, management, and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Gather and document business requirements, process workflows, and data insights.
  • Track project progress, report updates to leadership, and mitigate potential risks or delays.
  • Support budgeting, resource planning, and performance reporting activities.
  • Assist with technology implementation, CRM updates, and operational process enhancements.
  • Ensure all projects align with company goals, compliance standards, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, coordination, or project management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project).
  • Knowledge of real estate or property management operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
