As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play an active role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. You will interact with employees and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for any unusual conditions.
• Observe and report any suspicious or irregular activity within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies.
• Complete detailed and accurate documentation and reports of all security-related activities, incidents, and observations.
• Follow all Allied Universal guidelines and training to perform duties in alignment with client and company expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
