Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on all elements of call center staffing to meet productivity and profitability goals
• Facilitate real-time discussions with the Leadership team regarding forecast variances and recommend changes
• Use workforce management tracking tools to maintain information on employee activity and schedule assignments
• Analyze agent activity and report items requiring management attention
• React to fluctuations in call volume to restore service levels as quickly as possible

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience utilizing scheduling software (Verint preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in a multi-channel call center environment
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building/reporting in PowerBI or similar reporting systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume role
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work in a remote environment with a distraction-free workspace
