Job Details

Board Members:

Attend most board meetings as well as special events

Develop a deep understanding of the Village School mission and values

Take on special assignments and serve on at least one committee

Participate in ongoing recruitment by suggesting valuable nominees to the board

Stay abreast of developments and come prepared to meetings

Work collaboratively and constructively with other board members

Commit time during the month to board service

Continually evaluate your compliance with this understanding

Consider making a financial contribution to the organization if you are able
