We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our Innovation team. You will collaborate across the organization to understand needs, refine processes, and create innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and service excellence. Applying service design principles and problem-solving skills, you will help develop smarter ways of working that lead to meaningful improvements for those we serve.
