Position Summary:
Our 8th Avenue Maintenance Technician roles are accountable for successful, timely, and accurate repair and maintenance of production and packaging equipment. The Maintenance Technicians regularly inspect equipment, structures, and material for wear and tear, and are accountable for completing work orders and ad hoc repairs assigned to them. The Maintenance team should safely and effectively use hand tools, power tools, basic electrical testing equipment to perform these tasks, along with annual preventative maintenance tasks to ensure our equipment produces our food products are manufactured in a safely, efficiently, and according to quality and food safety standards.

High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution and one or more of the following:
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
Possession of valid Oregon millwright manufacturing card/license, previous maintenance experience in a food manufacturing facility, previous experience reading blueprints and schematics, previous experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding, previous experience with power transmission components; belt drives, chain drives, bearings, motors & gears, previous experience with drill presses, lathes, Bridgeport-type mills, experience with operation and maintenance of forklifts, scissor lifts, and articulated lifts.
Wage: $18.50+ depending on experience
