Job Title: Customer Service Representative Hiring Now!
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm M-F
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service and support to our customers. This role will focus on resolving service issues, managing orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities of CSR:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Verify inventory availability and manage shipping orders.
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Resolve customer issues and forward claims for investigation.
- Maintain accurate records and organize electronic communication.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance customer service.
Skills & Qualifications for CSR: - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Apps.
- Experience in customer service and office systems.
- Ability to manage detailed records and maintain organization.
