Human Resources Manager Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our client's team on a contract basis in Eugene, Oregon. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to streamline processes, maintain priorities, and facilitate effective communication. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR administration and process improvement, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include partnering with departments to identify and prioritize HR-related needs and objectives, facilitating discussions and providing guidance on process improvements and organizational changes, monitoring and escalating critical issues to ensure timely resolution and alignment with priorities, supporting the documentation and refinement of departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs), assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals, overseeing process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across teams, collaborating with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and support ongoing projects, acting as a neutral party to mediate and navigate complex discussions between departments, and providing expert recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within HR operations.

Requirements include proven experience in Human Resources (HR) management or a related role, strong knowledge of HR administration processes and best practices, proficiency in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges, familiarity with process documentation and improvement methodologies, and contract management experience is a plus.
