Job description:
The Fall Season is here! It's a busy time and The Bread Stop Bakery is looking for a morning Delivery Driver to join our team. Our breads are found in natural food grocery stores, food trucks, eateries, restaurants and University dining halls within a 100 mile radius of Eugene.
The Delivery team works closely together and with the Bakery Office Manager in delivering our products (for retail and wholesale), communicating needs, customer feedback, making suggestions and problem solving. Must have excellent math skills, an attention to detail, able to multi-task and possess a commitment to customer service and team work. This job requires autonomous and independent work so we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and very reliable. The work is active and requires lifting, bending, and navigating small spaces (kitchens and grocery store aisles)
Drivers are to be safe, courteous and responsible to all rules of the road. Applicants must have a clean driving record for 3 years and able to drive a standard cargo van (CDL not required).
WORK DAY
Delivery drivers work 4 days per week. The work day begins approximately at 5am. Drivers fill the delivery vans according to the assigned route. Length of the work day varies (6-10 hours) depending on the number of delivery stops, volume and customer s needs. Most of the daily routes are in the Eugene/Springfield area. Other less frequent routes go to Corvallis, Salem and Roseburg areas

The Bread Stop Bakery is a local, family-owned wholesale bakery in Eugene. We produce hand crafted bread in small batches using traditional bread making methods. Bread Stop breads are made from natural ingredients and are free of additives or preservatives. We are proud to serve our community for almost 40 years. Our products are found in local groceries stores, restaurants, food trucks and University dining halls.
