What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the crew during your shift like a total boss
Keeping customers happy and handling any curveballs with kindness
Coaching teammates to be their best selves
Making sure every sub is a masterpiece
Keeping things clean, smooth, and safe
Opening and closing duties like a pro

A sharp eye for detail - nothing gets past you
Great communicators who are friendly, direct, and honest
Natural-born problem solvers who aren't afraid of a little hustle
Ready to lead with compassion, confidence, and a sense of humor
Must-Haves:
High school diploma or equivalent
Food handler's permit (or willing to get one)
Willing to complete Shift Leader training
Able to lift 50 lbs, stay on your feet, and handle a fast-paced kitchen
Comfortable with changing priorities and unexpected challenges
